These Terms & Conditions define the relationship between SIA ''DiSi'' and individuals/legal persons (hereinafter - User) who are using website batcc-store.eu

11.4. After fulfillment you will get an email with carrier and tracking number, make sure that you provided correct name, phone number and delivery address
12. Each batcc-store.eu registered user is obliged not to divulge personal access data to third parties.
13. When registering on batcc-store.eu customer database, the User agrees that he will receive notices. Personal Data will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The data will be stored and used only for the purchase transaction process, improving the quality of the service, including marketing promotions. SIA ''DiSi'' does not disclose details about the customer purchases to third parties, except when required by LR authorities.
14. Shopping procedure on batcc-store.eu is governed by the Regulations No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers on Distance contract with the amendments of March 15, 2005. Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers require that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the item to the seller. Product return costs must be covered by the customer.
15. You may return any purchased product to us as long as it is in its original packaging, unopened and unmarked.
16. In order to return a product, you have to submit an application by e-mail. Cardholder gets a refund only to the payment card with which the transaction was made, including cases where the Cardholder has cancelled/refused the Order and/or paid products or services; if the product/service was not provided in proper order or the product/service purchase- sale has not occurred for other reasons.
16.1. In order to return a product, you have to submit a free form application by e-mail (batcc.shop@gmail.com). Including information: Your name, phone number, reason of return and your invoice number. If your package was damaged by delivery carrier please add photos to the document.
16.2. While returning an order the Client can exchange it for a similar item (except items bought with discount) or can get back paid expenses. SIA ''DiSi'' is covering delivery expenses only if the Purchase has had a manufacturing defect.
16.3. SIA ''DiSi'' will make any appropriate refunds within 14 days from the day of submission and receipt of product.

17. Liabilities between batcc-store.eu and the User are valid for any kind of orders - online shop and e-mail.
18. The information on batcc-store.eu does not create any legal relationship between Users and SIA ''DiSi''
19. batcc-store.eu User shall not engage in activities that directly or indirectly involves batcc-store.eu owner’s rights and legitimate interests.
20. Depending on the nature of the infringement and the consequences, the offender is liable to statutory administrative or criminal liability.
22. batcc-store.eu doesn’t save and store service contracts.
23. batcc-store.eu published product and price offers are valid until a particular item is in stock, unless it’s shown otherwise by the particular product.
